This policy applies to our public website and the vendor application portal. It is written for people in the UAE and visitors from elsewhere. We only use your information for running The Yard and related application processes—not for unrelated marketing lists or selling data.

• Account details — such as your name, email address, and sign-in information (including if you choose to sign in with Google).
• Application details — such as business name, contact person, phone numbers, business email, category, description, social or website links, and documents you upload (for example a logo or trade licence).

We use your information only as needed to:

• Receive, review, and manage vendor applications for The Yard.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your application materials for unrelated advertising.

Who can see your information

Your information is visible to The Yard Events team that reviews applications and runs the event. We keep account and application information for as long as needed to run The Yard, complete the application and exhibition cycle, and meet any legal or operational needs (for example resolving disputes or keeping basic records of participation). When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it where practical.

The Yard application portal is intended for businesses and adult applicants. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for this service.
